The main color is inspired by the diving suits of the "Special Rescue Team," professionals in maritime rescue. The case back is engraved with a symbol mark designed as a compass, and the band is printed with the "S-mark" symbolizing the Japan Coast Guard and the "JAPAN COAST GUARD" logo.
