This is a Datejust equipped with a Sigma dial, which was used in a very small number of watches from the 1970s to around 2000.
The Sigma dial is an engraving on the 6 o'clock side that indicates the use of precious metals, and was created to clearly express the value of mechanical watches that were tilted due to the quartz shock.
