This is a used Louis Vuitton Monogram Shoulder Tote Bag, model Luko (M51155).

The bag maintains a firm shape and offers excellent storage capacity. As of 2025, this model has already been discontinued.

There are some signs of wear that are not immediately noticeable without careful inspection. Specifically, as shown in the eighth photo, there are scratches on the exterior of the bag that appear to have been caused by contact with the shoulder strap during storage.

There is partial discoloration on the vachetta leather. The metal fittings have some peeling of the plating and scratches. The interior is in clean condition, but there is some dirt in the area shown in the ninth photo.
