This is a direct import from DEL GATTO, one of the long-established companies near Naples, in Torre del Greco. It is a frame type that uses solid 18-karat gold. All cameos are handmade. No two are exactly the same. Since it features a standard image of a woman, it probably does not fit the typical image of Italian crafts. For those hesitant to buy as a souvenir, I highly recommend it.
