It features a double zip and pockets.
There are white scuffs on the nape of the neck, a stain below the right shoulder, and snag marks on the left sleeve.
There is also a general scent like fabric softener and a strong feeling of wear, so it is being introduced at rank C. However, it is considered usable for normal wear.
