This is a direct import from DEL GATTO, one of the long-established companies in Torre del Greco, near Naples. The frame is an "embroidery frame" type, made with solid 18k gold. All cameos are handmade. No two are exactly alike. It is a depiction of a woman, a classic image, so it might be what you imagine for Italian crafts, wouldn't you say? We highly recommend it to those who hesitated to buy it as a souvenir. Our shop only handles products using 18k gold or 18k white gold. If there are any defects in the fittings, please rest assured that we will handle them at our domestic workshop.

This product uses natural shell material, and there may be unevenness, inclusions, or scratches depending on the characteristics of the shell part. There are also fine carving marks from the artisan's handwork. These may appear as scratches or cracks, but they are different from damage caused by human handling. Our shop introduces the weight and external characteristics of the product to customers in advance, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to scratches, cracks, black spots, etc. on unique natural stones and natural materials in this world.

Standard shipping is free and uses Japan Post which will hand over the local delivery to the postal service in the destination country (some exceptions for countries not served by Japan Post). Will I be charged a customs (import) fee?
It depends on your country and its customs regulations. Our service does not cover duties and import taxes — in general, if the customs office in your country applies charges to your package, you are required to pay them.
