This is a used Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis Dot Infinity Round Zipper Long Wallet, Zippy Wallet (M91572).
It is a limited edition model from 2012, a collaboration with the world-renowned artist Yayoi Kusama.

The entire surface shows yellowing, with some areas exhibiting the characteristic color transfer of Vernis, as well as deposits resembling dirt or stains.
There is wear on the corners and edges, scratches on the metal fittings, some areas with peeling plating, and the canvas around the zipper shows fraying.
The card pockets are slightly bulged, the coin pocket is stained, and there are faint partial stains.
