The condition is rated B, with minor scratches on the hardware and some discoloration/yellowing on the surface due to use. The strap has minor scratches and wrinkles, the interior has light stains and scuff marks from normal use, and there is a slight storage odor. While there are signs of use, it does not impede normal use and is highly recommended!
