It is being introduced as a B-rank item due to the following:
* A characteristic fuzzy texture throughout the fabric.
* A light brown stain on the center of the front.
* Brown stains on the inner edges of both cuffs.
* Warping at the hem.
* A light brown stain below the left shoulder on the back.
* A thread pull near the elbow of the left sleeve.
* Slight fuzziness and very minor pilling inside the collar and hood.
