This is a used K18 diamond ring.

The marquise-cut diamond in the center has a slightly yellowish tint, and there are faint inclusions that are not visible to the naked eye.
The surrounding diamonds are nearly colorless, with fewer inclusions.
There is a stamp that appears to be a brand mark, reading "ABU."
There are signs of resizing at the bottom of the ring.
The metal band has minor scratches.
