It opens with a belt closure and the interior has one large slit pocket and two small ones. The condition is B rank, with scuffing on the four corners, small scratches on the handle, small scratches on the "Sceau" hardware, creasing and wrinkles on the belt, scuff marks on the lower front, small scratches inside, and small scratches and plating peeling on the bottom hardware, but it is a great value.
