Exclusions from Warranty
If the warranty card is not presented.
If the product name and purchase date are not written on the warranty card, or if the text has been altered.
If we determine that there is no problem with the quality or product function, or that it is within the acceptable range.
Malfunction or damage due to incorrect use or carelessness.
Malfunction or damage due to repairs or modifications made by the customer.
Malfunction or damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake.
External changes that occur during use (scratches, dirt, damage, etc.).
Malfunctions caused by breakage of the winding stem, center post, or mainspring inside the mechanism.
Battery depletion for quartz watches.

*If the repair cost under warranty exceeds 30% of the product's tax-included selling price according to our estimate, we will, at our discretion, accept the return of the product and refund the product price. (Within the warranty period)
