If the product name and purchase date are not written on the warranty card, or if the text has been altered.
If we determine that there are no issues with the quality or functionality of the product, or if they are within the acceptable range.
Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or carelessness.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or modifications made by the customer.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake.
External changes that occur during use (scratches, dirt, damage, etc.).
Malfunctions caused by broken winding stems, center shafts, or mainsprings inside the mechanism.
Dead batteries in quartz watches.

*If the cost of repair under warranty exceeds 30% of the product's tax-included selling price according to our estimate, we will, at our discretion, accept the return of the product and refund the purchase price (within the warranty period).
