A rare ring featuring over 1.2ct of melee diamonds set in 18k gold, with a large chrome diopside of over 1.0ct.

The green color of natural diopside comes from the presence of chromium. Stones with this green color, a size of over 2.0ct in their unpolished rough state, and high transparency are produced in very small quantities in Brazil and Russia. This stone is from our store's old inventory, acquired in exchange for Akoya pearls from a second-generation Japanese-Brazilian individual. Therefore, while we have not requested a gemological certificate for origin, it is believed to be from Brazil.

The quality of the melee diamonds is such that natural flaws and inclusions are discoverable under 10x magnification. However, they possess overall brilliance, accentuating the center diopside.

The transparency is high, with no visible scratches to the naked eye, making one wonder, "Is this really a natural stone?" Its deep green color is truly the power of the earth itself. Spiritually speaking, one feels "healing" just by looking at it.

It is also said to bring "luck in work" by providing a balanced perspective stemming from "emotional stability." This is not a mass-produced natural diopside like those seen on television shopping channels.
